Meet AB2K's Crusher Fleet

AB2K’s mobile crusher fleet make light work of many materials including hard stone, recycled aggregate or demolition waste, crushing down to whatever size required.

The knowledgeable AB2K team understand that no two sites are the same, so a full consultation of your exact requirements will be undertaken before planning your kit. Your planner will then offer a design solution to provide an operated crushing solution to suit your exact needs, and achieve the output requirements needed for your contract. Once you are happy, we can arrange your plant, along with a fully qualified operator to manage the project. We can also manage the provision of additional plant if required.

The entire mobile crusher fleet is Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) permitted and fitted with dust suppression systems, so you can be sure that an AB2K solution is not only working hard for you, but also doing the best possible for the environment.

All AB2K crushers undergo a schedule of planned maintenance, ensuring the prevention of equipment breakdowns and failures. Coupled with our extensive network of fitters, based on the road and within our depots, you can be sure that an AB2K crusher will definitely get the best grades!

Jaw crushers to hire

AB2K’s fleet of tracked jaw crushers makes light work of quarry aggregates such as granite and limestone and is equally effective on concrete and asphalt in a demolition or recycling environment. Such versatility makes these machines popular across a number of industries.

A hydraulically adjustable jaw setting is designed to maximise the machine’s output, whilst reverse crushing action options are perfect for crushing sticky materials or removing blockages.

With a potential output of up to 230T per hour, this busy piece of kit is a useful addition to a site. The units are fitted with a Belt-Way measuring system, designed to provide exact output totals of material crushed per hour. As well as allowing the teams to easily monitor the levels of material crushed, this also allows AB2K maintenance teams to monitor how much material the asset is handling, and manage material feed in a way that ensures optimal performance and minimal wear on parts. The last thing anyone on site wants is a crusher that won’t crush!

Cone crusher to hire

For secondary or smaller material crushing, a cone crusher is a great solution. AB2K’s range of cone crushers provide a simple solution to on-site secondary crushing, with inbuilt contaminated material and metal purge technology.

Rapid set up time and remote control adds to this machine’s ease of use, with unrestricted feed opening reduces blockages, effectively maximising output and helping make sure this machine continues to deliver.
